The Equity Trustees Group has approximately 175 staff in offices across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. Each business area of Equity Trustees performs distinct functions. This ensures segregation of duties and minimises potential for conflicts of interest. It is policy that all staff have appropriate job descriptions enabling processes and workflows to be effectively monitored. Staff operate under delegated authorities which allows for actions to be taken and decisions to be made promptly with minimal disruption to business.
